We are a custom home designer providing building plans geared to your specific needs. Patrick Marcotte is a registered Architectural Technologist who specializes in sustainable, energy efficient, and healthy homes. We design with a wide variety of building systems such as Timber Frame, Straw Bale, Cordwood, Structural Insulated Panels (SIP’s), Insulated Concrete Forms (ICF), as well as standard construction homes.
HavenCraft designs residential and commercial buildings, working with both new construction as well as renovations.
We can provide full permit ready plans for any municipality. We are located in Bancroft, Ontario, between Toronto and Ottawa, just north of Peterborough/Lakefield/Apsley as well as Madoc and Belleville, and just south of Barry’s Bay and Maynooth.
